A community takes root

From summer retreat to year-round home

Ocean Pines began in 1968 and grew into one of the Eastern Shore’s most established residential communities.

Early plans transformed former farmland and woods into a waterfront summer retreat. Today, 8,452 platted lots, signature recreation amenities and a strong year-round community continue that vision.
